I adore the act of choosing one of my trays because it is a prelude to a great occasion: friends coming round - a large tray containing paté, cheese and wine; what we'll have for supper while watching a film - a dish of pasta and some carrot sticks to nibble on; breakfast in bed - juice, coffee, croissants, and kisses. Scrumptious, handy and elegant!
